We build stone, brick, cultured stone and block chimneys to your specifications.
Including excavation, forms, pouring a footing, laying the material of your choice with Mortar (if the
chimney is interior we will bring it through each level of the structure and through the roof), flashing the
chimney, (with your choice of flashing) finally adding a crown.

Chimney spot pointing:
Includes inspection of the entire chimney for failing mortar and brick or cracked
stone. Replacement of failed mortar joints, brick stone or block.

Chimney Mortar Joint Replacement:
Includes the removal of all mortar joints and partial brick, stone or block replacement where needed.

Chimney crown Inspection:
The chimney crown is vital to the prevention of water intrusion. The crown or
wash protects your home from water leaks that will damage walls and ceilings &abutting the chimney. The chimney crown is the area of the Chimney most susceptible to harmful elements. The top of a chimney is where 90 percent of all chimney problems begin. We inspect the chimney crown or chimney wash for any cracks as well as inspecting the flue tiles within the chimney. We make required repairs to cracks and erosion as well as removal and replacement of the chimney crown if it has failed.

Chimney caps and piers:
Chimney caps and piers require frequent inspection due to the hazards they may impose. Being very heavy and perched atop piers is good reason to ensure that the surface, the piers are set upon, is solid as well as the piers themselves. The piers are inspected for deterioration and fractures. The cap is inspected for cracks. We replace damaged chimney caps and piers.

Chimney Replacement:
The chimney is removed footings inspected, debris removed and a new chimney is built, flashed and crowned. During a chimney repair, restoration, removal & or build, we take the utmost care to ensure that the areas surrounding the site remain as they were. The debris is then cleaned up and removed. The chimney footing will be inspected to determine it's integrity. If needed the chimney footing will be replaced or repaired so that it provides a solid base for the new chimney to be built. The new chimney will be installed from base to cap as well as flashing work.

Chimney Restoration:
A chimney restoration includes replacement of all mortar joints as well as failing or failed brick or stone.
