Beaker and Berserker were born on December 28, 2008. Beaker is blue hooded. Berserker is agouti hooded with a lightning blaze. These handsome young men are being fostered by Daniella in Cambridge, MA. While in foster care these boys have learned what it is like to be beloved pets. They have blossomed into very sweet and loveable boys who are ready to find their family. Read below for their story! 10/3/09 Update from Daniella. Berserker and Beaker were extremely shy when they first came to stay with me, but even in the first week, they both showed remarkable improvement in their comfort level around humans. Over the past few months, Beaker and Berserker have continued to grow more trusting towards humans and have actively sought out social contact. Berserker loves to crawl on you when you are sitting on the couch with him. He will let you hold him, but not for too long (but that is gradually changing). He likes to be able to explore freely and he comes to you on his own. He is a very good runner and really enjoys racing in a wheel. He spends a lot of time snuggling in a hammock with Beaker and they love to wrestle around and play together. Beaker is shyer than Berserker, but he is steadily making progress and becoming more social. Beaker seems to be more submissive than Berserker, and he will let his brother pin him down and groom him. He likes to hide in boxes but comes out as soon as he hears you nearby. Beaker also likes to run on the wheel, but hes not as fast as Berserker! Berserker and Beaker would make great pets for someone who can provide a warm and loving environment and has time to nurture their ever-growing confidence.
