8/20/09: Kora is a sweet girl who gets along well with other dogs, both large and small. She loves to romp and play so she is hoping for a home with a fenced in yard to play in. Kora and her mom, Dora have been through alot in the last year, including recovering from heartworm. Their dream is to find a forever home where they could be together. 12/02/08: Kora is doing fabulous in her foster home! According to her foster mom, Terri, Kora is a very playful pup. She loves for people to pet her. Kora looks for approval from people and seems to be a fast learner. She is crate trained and knows some commands (e.g., "get in your cage", "hurry up", etc.). She would make a great addition to a family! **All our pets are in partner shelters in the south unless marked "In Maine" or "In New England". **
