Courtesy Listing! Peanut is a beautiful, independent, 9yo orange tabby with a splash of Siamese. He was given to the shelter because someone in his family developed an allergy. At the shelter, he became stressed and stopped eating. After about a month in foster care, he recovered and regained his strength. Hope you don't have a peanut allergy because this guy is a goober when it comes time to eat! His new owners will need to feed him a high quality diet to help maintain his health and vitality. Cats are very independent creatures by nature and Peanut is no exception to that rule. Known to be loving and affectionate, he is not a needy cat. He would do best in a home with only one other quiet kitty. Peanut has had little to no exposure to dogs and they seem to stress him. A home without dogs would suit his independent nature.
