This was owned by a older couple in Maine up in Aroostook County were the majority of USA potato's are grown. They purchased in new in 1998. After the death of his wife, he put it up and never used this again. It sat inside his barn from 2003 till 2007 when a friend told us about this RV. This is the M36SGS Model with a 14ft slide out. We have put brand new tires on this as the previous tires were cracking from sitting so long. That's what happens when you don't use tires for a long periods. This has ALL BRAND NEW TIRES with only 6 miles on them which were put on in March. The transmission has a rebuilt on it that was done April 2008 that comes with a 1 year warranty from company that fix it. We fixed one of the Hydraulic Leveling stands. This has an Onan Marquis 5500 Generator with 164 Hours on it. There is as you can see below a crack in the fiberglass on the rear. The passenger side front there is 2 scraps/ dings. This has the Ford LESLD Gas Engine with only 27,060 miles on it. Has 2 Canopies with a backup camera. This has the tile floor between the kitchen and bedroom which is between the bathroom and shower. There is one piece that is cracked. This is a one in a million 1997 RV with very low miles. As far as we have checked, everything seems to be functioning from the slide out to the automatic double steps etc. This does come with all their books for both the appliances and RV along with maps and MORE.. ONe huge tote of them. This does have a trailer hitch on the back. The interior is is great shape. The rugs have normal use and the bathroom, shower are very clean. The bedroom is in great condition with and mirror headboard, plenty of storage and a TV. The driver and passenger seating is leather. There are some claw holes to when they had a cat. They ended up putting seat covers on them. There is a huge key ring with all the keys to the doors, storage etc. This has in its kitchen Corian Counter Tops, Oak Cabinets, Full Kitchen, Top/Bottom Fridge, and microwave. All very clean. This Holiday Endeavor was put inside our garage to clean and did not see any type of drips or leaks underneath at that time. This can be seen just about anytime with a 24 hour notice. The RV is located in Bangor, Maine. This is being sold by a private person and not a dealer. This is sold as is where is. 1997 Holiday Rambler Endeavor with only 27,060 miles
